Unable to use what I pay for!

I pay a subscription to be able to do text on the pictures I have sent several messages to the, because it will not download the plugin for it to work, but they continue to take my money I like the app, but their customer service for paying customers stink. Im probably going to stop using it its a rip off to pay!
